Great experience! Ai was able to accommodate 3 tattoos for me and my two family members during their visit to Toronto. The shop is bright and beautiful with an amazing bathroom (v. important!). I had the best experience with Kadie at Elevated Body Adornment. I went in thinking I’d need new ear piercings, but it turns out she was actually able to reopen my old ones. Kadie was incredibly gentle (no pain!) and she completely calmed my nerves from the moment I arrived. Her knowledge, experience, and eye for styling are next level. The jewellery is absolutely stunning, and the entire experience felt safe, thoughtful and expertly done. If you’re looking for beautiful styling, a calm and professional piercer, and truly top-tier service - Kadie is the real deal!

Very positive and friendly experience for my birthday as a queer, neurodivergent, disabled trans person. They were super understanding of the transit nightmare to get to their studio, and allowed me to still be pierced even if I was a bit late. I called 30 mins earlier to let them know. The piercing process was very professional and surprisingly not that painful. They explained the aftercare to me well and I feel confident that my ears won't be infected this time. Kadie was awesome to work with, definitely recommend working with them or this studio.

I got my second lobes and left daith pierced here. Taylor was super professional and also hilarious! She made me feel really at ease and the piercings look beautiful! 10/10 would recommend you get your piercings done by Taylor :D

This place is always a great experience. The other day was my first time visiting as the person being pierced and I felt totally comfortable and taken care of the whole time. I got there a few minutes after my scheduled appointment time and they were still able to accommodate me, however if you’re there on a busy day, be prepared to wait for a while! Still service was great, and I have a piercing I’m super happy and excited about. Love the queer friendly spaces, and I was able to bring a buddy for emotional support - keep the good vibes going!

We had an amazing experience at North York Ink! Our niece spent a week with us before going to university and we took in as much of Toronto as possible, capping our visit off with spontaneous tattoos at NYI. We were so impressed with the space/vibe and especially the staff. Our niece ranked it as her best experience of the week! Sally did my tattoo and my niece’s - she is so professional and such a talent, an absolute artist. Thank you for a memorable day and beautiful lifelong keepsakes!

I always have such great experiences when I come to Elevated Body Adornment. This time was no different. The care and attention to detail is always so amazing and I always walk out feeling great. All of the staff are so welcoming, friendly and professional. Definitely recommending to all of my friends who are considering adding another piercing to their body.

Taylor was friendly and welcoming from the start. I already knew what I wanted and she showed me the available jewelry, helped adjust placement of the piercing (nostril), talked me through the procedure and then quickly and efficiently placed the stud in my nose. Definitely recommend!

I was so so nervous about getting my nipples pierced but Katie (as always) made this experience super doable and as little pain as possible. I appreciate her perfectionism and transperency about the healing and piercing process. For someone like me who is particular about wound healing, Katie’s knowledge is so so so in depth and she has always helped me navigate the entire process even months (or even a year) after piercing was completed. I will ALWAYS recommend Kadie and she is my go to piercer for a reason.

Taylor is great and very talented. I went in for an upper lobe piercing and my daughter did a belly piercing. Taylor was very informative and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Taylor to anyone interested in piercings.

Such a lovely shop! Clean, professional, and really kind. Had a piercing removed ahead of a medical procedure and got some new jewelry for a different piercing too. Ryan and Kale were welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend!

Taylor was amazing. Three of us came, one who had never had a piercing. She was patient and thorough, went over options and cleaning, made my son very relaxed before she pierced his ear. We have been going to NY Ink for a few years now and will keep coming back. The new location is also lovely and bright. Thank you to Taylor and all the NY Ink staff!

I love everything about my time here—I had such a great experience at my piercing appointment today. Laura is such a gentle, respectful, professional, kind, friendly, soft spoken, and patient body piercer—every piercing lover needs a Laura in their lives trust me. Oh! Did u mention how beautiful the ambiance is???

What an amazing and unexpected experience! Our young daughters were immediately comfortable as they were able to draw on the walls of the basement while they waited! Everything was explained very calmly and clearly to both parents and kids, and nothing came as a surprise. We even got to choose our own music to be played during the piercing! I cannot express how well thought out everything was. Thank you so much for making this an experience to remember! We would highly recommend to any other kids wanting their first lobe piercings.

This was my first tattoo experience and it was really great. Benjamin was very professional and expert to do this and made it amazing. He explained the process multiple times and answered my questions with patience. Hygiene was the first priority and entire process went smooth and fun. I extremely recommend this place for tattoo and piercing as my kid got two piercings without any single issue.

Amazing experience - super appreciate the waiving of the install and anodization fee! Really shows there are caring and amazing humans working there! Also really appreciate looking out for me long term (eg encouraging to wait for piercing to fully heal before changing jewelry type etc). Fan for life! Ps, also super psyched to work with Charlie after seeing some of their art. Gonna have something of hers inked in the near future!

I went in for my first ear lobe piercings, and was a bit hesitant. The staff was very friendly and informative about the process. Laura did my piercings and she was extremely friendly and professional. She's extremely compassionate and patient, especially when I wasn't feeling well immediately after the piercing.
