I cant recommend The Talking Body Clinic highly enough. I had 3 appointments and plan to attend regularly from now on. Genuinely life changing. Jaw release and the scar tissue massage have both made a significant difference having only been a few days since my visit.

I’ve been to Vivid Nails & Beauty twice now, and both times the experience has been amazing. Their work is absolutely beautiful, very professional, and done with great attention to detail. All the staff are lovely, friendly, and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful nails and excellent service.

I arrived carrying my body like a badly packed suitcase — everything jammed in, nothing quite where it should be. Two hours later, I left feeling unpacked, listened to, and reassembled. This isn’t just a massage. It’s a full-body myofascial session. The space is warm and genuinely welcoming, and Amira herself is calm, attentive and present without being intrusive, skilled without being forceful. Nothing is forced, it feels safe to let go. Things softened because they were allowed to. My body feels freer today than it has in a long time. I left calmer and more at home in myself. The best! 💜

Following a significant injury to my vocal cords, I had a block of 6 bookings with Andrew. As a full-time professional singer and musician for over 15 years, a prompt return to the stage was crucial for my financial well-being. Andrew assisted enormously in this process, releasing tension not only from the obvious muscles around my neck and shoulders, but also from the tongue and jaw. One of the most valuable psychological tools I picked up in addition, was to monitor my speaking voice, and keep it relaxed, thus minimising tension arising in my throat during my recovery. Very pleased with my nails, it’s the first place that I’ve tried acrylic nails and never regretted it. I am a regular in the salon, the products are high quality and customer service is excellent. Love that they order the colours the customers want and that they have pedicure with spa, waxing and they do amazing brows as well. It’s not far from the city centre or south side either. They have absolutely affordable prices. Can only recommend 👌

Very greatful to have found Amira threw my sister, I recently took time off work as I started to listen to my mind and body, discovering what I need & this was it, I went for the Integrative Bodywork & Massage Therapy, they make you feel relaxed & we discovered a few things that my body was asking for, very excited for my next session when I book it in & I will be recommending this to anyone who may need it as much as I did.

Highly recommend Andrew. His understanding of laryngeal and vocal anatomy is exceptional. The physical release in my throat and airway was immediate, and the clinic environment is entirely professional. Will definitely be back for follow-up sessions.

Absolutely amazing visit getting holiday ready including nails which had a very personal touch at the end with a little bubble wash nice touch, eyebrows, lashes and second lymphatic massage. Cannot recommend Chloe enough, very patient and extremely knowledgeable not forgetting the very therapeutic music in the background.
