Had the best 30 minutes here, Siobhan was so lovely and welcoming. The most chilled and calm I have felt in a long time. Could feel my body relaxing instantly and some aches and pains leaving. Will definitely be back for more sessions

First time trying the infrared sauna yesterday & felt totally relaxed and helped subside bloating and pain within my body. Something that doesn’t take much time out of a busy schedule but has such a good/big impact on your body. Siobhan was also so lovely and has such a great knowledge on the benefits of it. Can’t wait for my next session!

I tried the Infrared Red Light Therapy for the first time and absolutely loved it! It honestly felt like sunbathing, but without the burn or discomfort. The warmth was so relaxing, especially when I was lying on my back. I’ve read that infrared light can help improve blood circulation and support muscle recovery, and I can honestly say I did feel more relaxed and lighter after the session. t’s such a nice way to unwind and give your body a gentle boost. I would definitely do it again and recommend it to anyone who wants to try something that feels both relaxing and energising at the same time.

I had my first session at Solais, the setup was very calming, I loved the aromatherapy scents and the bed was so comfy 😊 The heat was just right and much easier to tolerate than regular saunas. Siobhan took the time to explain how infrared therapy could support my endometriosis. Can’t wait to go back!

I have been visiting for a session weekly since the opening and I am really finding huge benefits. The reason I originally tried was I am struggling with peri menopause with a lot of the usual symptoms mainly anxiety and not sleeping. After my session it’s the best sleep I get all week and the next day in work I find I am so much more productive. I have tried many things all the usual supplements, teas etc but I find this really works for me look forward to my session every week.

I was completely relaxed and listened to an audiobook throughout the sauna. Have booked a few more sessions in and looking forward to them. Hopefully regular sessions will help with my back pain 🤞

Solāis Stirling is such a calming, beautifully thought-out space — the moment you walk in, you can feel yourself starting to unwind. The private infrared sauna pod is spotless and so comfortable, with soft music and subtle scents that make it feel really luxurious. It’s the perfect way to relax, recover and reset — I left feeling lighter, clearer and completely relaxed. The owner has clearly put so much care into every detail, and the whole experience feels very personal and welcoming. It’s amazing to have something like this right here in Stirling — I’ll definitely be back regularly!

Wonderful experience. I found it so relaxing, in addition to knowing that my body was getting the benefit from the infrared rays. Siobhan is a very warm, friendly and knowledgeable practitioner and you can trust her to take good care of you. I highly recommend her, snd Solais - and I look forward to going back.

I find it difficult to relax in general, and didn’t really have an idea of what to expect. But I feel so chilled and my body feels like it’s been looked after. I will be trying to do this once a month at least, I can’t recommend it enough. And Siobhan was so warm and welcoming, thank you!

Absolutely delighted that the results I experienced the first time were not a fluke, pain free in my shoulder yet again, it lasted 4 days after my first treatment. And even after that the pain and range of motion was greatly improved. Looking forward to feeling the benefits this time around x
