Had the best 30 minutes here, Siobhan was so lovely and welcoming. The most chilled and calm I have felt in a long time. Could feel my body relaxing instantly and some aches and pains leaving. Will definitely be back for more sessions

First time trying the infrared sauna yesterday & felt totally relaxed and helped subside bloating and pain within my body. Something that doesn’t take much time out of a busy schedule but has such a good/big impact on your body. Siobhan was also so lovely and has such a great knowledge on the benefits of it. Can’t wait for my next session!

I tried the Infrared Red Light Therapy for the first time and absolutely loved it! It honestly felt like sunbathing, but without the burn or discomfort. The warmth was so relaxing, especially when I was lying on my back. I’ve read that infrared light can help improve blood circulation and support muscle recovery, and I can honestly say I did feel more relaxed and lighter after the session. t’s such a nice way to unwind and give your body a gentle boost. I would definitely do it again and recommend it to anyone who wants to try something that feels both relaxing and energising at the same time.

I had my first session at Solais, the setup was very calming, I loved the aromatherapy scents and the bed was so comfy 😊 The heat was just right and much easier to tolerate than regular saunas. Siobhan took the time to explain how infrared therapy could support my endometriosis. Can’t wait to go back!

I have been visiting for a session weekly since the opening and I am really finding huge benefits. The reason I originally tried was I am struggling with peri menopause with a lot of the usual symptoms mainly anxiety and not sleeping. After my session it’s the best sleep I get all week and the next day in work I find I am so much more productive. I have tried many things all the usual supplements, teas etc but I find this really works for me look forward to my session every week.

Great experience once again. This time I went after a gym session for my legs Infrared seemed to heat my legs first different from last time when it was my tummy. Looking forward to a lovely relaxing sleep tonight as I slept well after my session last time.

First time trying infrared sauna and wasn't sure what to expect. Siobhan was very, friendly, welcoming and explained everything I needed to know. Loved the sauna. I was completely relaxed and listened to an audiobook throughout the sauna. Have booked a few more sessions in and looking forward to them. Hopefully regular sessions will help with my back pain 🤞

Excellent red light therapy experience! I felt noticeably more energized after the session and really appreciated the calming, relaxing atmosphere. My sinuses also felt clearer after just one treatment. Highly recommend!
