I had a Hollywood laser hair removal top up. It was my first time trying the new machine as previously had treatment with the last machine. It felt more comfortable than before. It was really quick and easy. Always 5* from me.

I’ve gone for two separate treatments over the week - lash lift and eyebrow wax and illumi facial. Both women are really good at what they do, the waxing is so gentle and the lash lift very effective. Daniela really knows what she’s doing when it comes to face peels and laser, and ensured the treatment was safe above all else.

Had my laser hair removal patch test with Emma. She carefully explained the process including the benefits and the risks. And took her time to assess how best to deliver the treatment in my sessions after the patch test has been ok. So looking forward to getting the sessions underway now!

Visiting again after 4+ years since my last laser hair removal for a couple of top ups. New location is easy to get to and looks amazing. I felt really comfortable in the environment. Nikisha was really welcoming, knowledgeable and informative. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Holly is so lovely, she has been so reassuring throughout the whole transformation. Always feel so welcome and comfortable around Holly. I have been doing laser hair removal with Kerry and I honestly do not have a bad word to say at all! I am so happy that I took the plunge last year to begin my hair removal journey (I’m quite dark/hairy with PCOS) and I feel like a new woman! Self confidence has gone through the roof! I can’t recommend Kerry enough! She is amazing!! I have my face, back and Hollywood lasered and it is life changing! Especially on my face, I can feel comfortable putting my hair up and not hiding away again! Kerry is so welcoming, it’s like going to see a friend! If you are thinking about having laser, do it! You wont regret it!!

I had my 3rd appointment with Katie this week and we turned up the laser, it hurt more but Katie was brilliant taking a pause after each laser which really helped. Lovely service and welcoming, unfortunately, due to my leg hair being blonde and my arm pit hair being light also (dark blonde) I'm not a suitable candidate,the laser didn't pick up my hair follicle at the patch test due to the above. The lady explained it works on darker hair and unfortunately not on blonde, light colours or any red tones. To eliminate wasting the consultant and patients time, this may be worth adding 'what is suitable or not suitable' on the website and advertising platforms. I would reccomend visiting here based on the customer service received. Thank you ladies.
