I’ve been attending regular massage sessions with Miglė, and they have helped me completely get rid of my back pain. I also tried the lymphatic drainage massage, which was effective and relaxing at the same time. Miglė is always professional, knowledgeable, and truly an expert in what she does. I love visiting Sophie! Have had a range of treatments, pedicure, waxing and BIAB, all have been performed skilfully, professionally and in a timely manner. The room is very clean and well presented, it feels very welcoming when you enter the space. Sophie is knowledgeable and very friendly, I will be back again soon!

Brilliant massage by Joel...as always. Joel is really friendly and a lovely chap. You will not get better. Has been the saviour for me and has over time helped me come off the medication for my back issues and became pain free. Highly recommended.

I had a great Swedish back massage with Jo. The clinic is modern and welcoming with parking outside. Jo’s room was lovely and cool in this hot weather. Her room is clean and spacious. My treatment was very relaxing. I felt refreshed, relaxed and could move with so much ease afterwards. Jo is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Jo!

I had a lymphatic drainage massage with Carla. She took the time to explain the process and showed me the difference the massage had made to my legs. During each section, Carla gave me tips on how to help the lymphatic drain myself and showed me how to do some of the massaging on my own body. The whole experience was lovely - the therapy room was lovely and warm and the heated bed was bliss. I will definitely be returning.

I had an amazing full body massage today. So relaxing and just the right pressure. So good I fell asleep towards the end. Definitely will be booking again. The hot stones have been recommended to me so will try them next time.

Excellent and highly recommend. Joel was polite and professional and put me at ease. He explained how the session would work and what to expect. The sports massage was thorough and helped to relieve tension in the neck, shoulders and back. I enquired about follow up sessions and was not made to feel anything was compulsory. Rather I was offered a selection of options that would suit me should I wish to try.
