Laura is amazing!, she was professional, knowledgeable, empathetic and explained the who process to me. You can tell she loves her job. I had some very, very bad dark eyebrow makeup tattoos that didn't complement my skin tone.. I was so surprised the first session have lightened them so much and already has boosted my confidence. The laser machine is amazing what it can do. I'm looking forward to my next session in 6 weeks. Thankyou so much Laura 🥰

I am so happy to have found such a gentle laser for the removal of my old brow pigment, it felt like a sharp pinch but was nowhere near the discomfort I had imagined. The end goal is to lighten the old pigment enough to be recovered without compromising my skin and I am confident this will be achieved in roughly 3 sessions. These girls are so knowledgeable in what they do, and their laser clinic is beautiful and clean, they make you feel so relaxed and at ease. Will recommend to anyone who needs laser removal for their brows 💛

Laura and Ceri are fantastic I’ve been having carbon laser and ipl for a stubborn thicken skin scar on my right temple which over several treatments has dramatically reduced and now barely noticeable and not sore. I will definitely be booking to have some of their other beauty treatments.

Laser hair removal.... what can I say? Ouchy but SO SO worth it. I have had 3 treatments so far, will be 6 in total. Being a tad on the extra hairy side and quite frankly, sick of it, I decided to go for the permanent solution. I wanted to wear a sleeveless Tee this summer... I can already. I wanted to put on a swimsuit without having to worry about "strays"... I can already. I'm so impressed with the progress so far. Don't think about it. DO IT. You won't regret it. Ceri is amazing....

This is my second visit to Erase that Ink for Laser Hair Removal. Both times the visit has been friendly yet professional. Todays laser treatment with the new head was a bonus, pain free, swift treatment. Highly recommend them.

I love Ceri, she never fails to make me feel good she is fun and professional. Ceri has that wonderful ability to me make a person less insecure and less nervous.. let's be honest, lasers sting!! And she doesn't mind as I make "ouch" sounds, we just laugh for almost the whole appointment. If you need laser hair removal... yhis is the place to do it..

Absolutely love coming to see the girls for my hair laser removal appointments. Always so welcoming, putting me at ease, very skilled and knowledgeable too. Having my legs done this time and my results have been amazing after just three sessions leaving me pretty much hair free! I used to get stubble the day after shaving for a night out and now I'm going 3 weeks or more between shaving! Love it!

So friendly, and after the first session I already started to see amazing results. I'm so happy! And even though I am having laser hair removal, my friend is going for a tattoo removal based purely on how happy I am with both the customer service and the service I have purchased 😁
