Hope your plumbing issues have been sorted at the basins. There was a terrible, damp and moldly smell that's from a leak? Not a pleasant experience when having your hair washed. The staff are just incredible!

I'm happy with my hair

The word is outstanding. The staff are friendly ,helpful and greet one like a VIP . The PENSIONERS DISCOUNT on a Mon. Tues and Wednesday makes us elderly very affordable and their daily rates for ages very reasonable . You dont sit around with wet towels .I walk in have a lovely hair wash , head massage with conditioner ,helped to a chair and Bronwyn blow dry my shoulder length hair and in the meantime i am served with a cup of coffee and muffin or biscuit .Within 35 minutes my hair is transformed feel on top of the world all for R140.I have ,never before had so many compliments before

Ingrid is so professional! I completely loved the experience. I felt so pampered. And she did wonders cutting my natural curly hair. 100% satisfied 🤗✨️

Service was great by both ladies however I didn’t appreciate my costs being inflated when it came to payment, to a rate for EXTRA long hair being charged. My hair by no means was extra long before it was cut. There was a girl in the salon that hair down to her bottom, now THATS extra long! I still gave a 10% tip but I’m hesitant to return
