I had my very first laser session today and it was absolutely amazing completely painless and such a great experience! Tharwah was incredible, she made me feel so comfortable and at ease from the moment I walked in. We even shared a few laughs which made everything feel so relaxed.I always receive the best service at Lilly Lash & Laser Aesthetics and today was no exception. One thing about Beauty Collective is that their clients’ satisfaction comes first! Sarah has religiously always done my brows because she knows how I like them done however, this time she was not able to see me. I was left in the very capable hands of Mecayla who just started at the salon. She was super friendly and has ample experience. My treatments were amazing, especially the head massage during my dermaplaning. Sarah also checked in to make sure I was well taken care of because she knows how I am about my brows. I cannot wait to return when I’m back in Cape Town! Thank you xx

Amazing customer service! Went in for laser hair removal and loved that the bed was heated. Helped with the cold weather. But in the middle of the session, my therapist (Axole) asked if I was getting hot from the pain, to which she turned on the AC for me. Even though the procedure was a bit painful, Axole was patient and reassuring (: Will be back!!

I've been using Lily's Lash for just over 2 years now- Zulpha for lashes and Tharwaa for my facials and Laser. They are basically responsible for making me look beautiful. The attention to detail, professionalism and skill is unmatched. They are both kind and accommodating especially with my unpredictable work schedule.
