The receptionist was very professional and attentive. The nail tech Paulina did an amazing job with my nails, very detail oriented, my cuticles look amazing. But my favorite person was Galina, she is a laser hair removal tech, she made me feel so comfortable, explained every step, and was extremely professional throughout the whole process. I can’t wait to come back and I will be highly recommending this lounge to all girlfriends 👯‍♀️

Very friendly atmosphere. Daria conducted a full consultation on the upcoming procedure, dedicated to all the details, also recommended creams that need to be purchased to protect the skin after laser hair removal. I highly recommend it for LGBT people, especially those undergoing Male to Female therapy.

Every time Alla does my hair, I’m never disappointed. She knows exactly what I want and like. She’s extremely talented with her work and deserves so much more appreciation. My experience was really good! From the moment I walked in until I walked out. The front desk was very friendly. The techs were professional and outgoing. They explained the whole process of facial treatment and made me feel comfortable.
