This is my second visit. The First was installation. This visit was maintenance including color blending w/ highlights, extension removal, and reinstallation. My hair looks amazing. The staff works as a team and takes great care of their clients.

The receptionist was very professional and attentive. The nail tech Paulina did an amazing job with my nails, very detail oriented, my cuticles look amazing. But my favorite person was Galina, she is a laser hair removal tech, she made me feel so comfortable, explained every step, and was extremely professional throughout the whole process. I can’t wait to come back and I will be highly recommending this lounge to all girlfriends 👯‍♀️

Very friendly atmosphere. Daria conducted a full consultation on the upcoming procedure, dedicated to all the details, also recommended creams that need to be purchased to protect the skin after laser hair removal. I highly recommend it for LGBT people, especially those undergoing Male to Female therapy.

Every time Alla does my hair, I’m never disappointed. She knows exactly what I want and like. She’s extremely talented with her work and deserves so much more appreciation. Shakira always does a precise and amazing job with my laser hair removal! She takes her time to make sure every area is thoroughly treated, even if it takes longer. She’s incredibly sweet, knowledgeable, and patient, always happy to answer any questions I have. I truly feel like I’m in great hands with her every session. Friendly atmosphere. Inna and Rachel are great team. I have been visited many hair salons, most of them didn't listen to your concern especially after hair coloring is done. But Inna makes sure you get what you wanted. This is the only place where they use toner after coloring your hair. Cheaper services with astonishing results.
