Cut and colour by Ellie always top quality. However I need to mention this time, the lack of cleanliness on the female side of the salon. Nothing to do with Ellie. I did mention to her. Noticeable hairs, lots of them on the chairs, wrapped round the feet of the chairs, on the mirrors, footplates and skirting under the mirrors. Was really unpleasant to see. I've read that Lancaster City Council intend to inspect barbers and hairdressers. They put a post on Facebook to say this and said all chairs etc should be cleaned hygienically after each customer. The whole place is a bit shabby 😒

Visited Katie for reflexology and have had several sessions now. Katie has "magic hands". So relaxing and feels like you've had an all over body massage.

Really enjoy my laser with Emma. I’m in session 3 and the results are fab. So relieved it doesn’t hurt, she is lovely and so chatty :)

Absolutely love having my IPL sessions with Emma. She always makes me feel really comfortable and welcome. The treatments itself are better than sex and that’s no word of a lie. Get your mums and sisters and daughters down for some treatments with Emma she’ll look after you so well!

I had a lymphatic drainage massage with Katie and couldn’t recommend her enough. She made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived, taking the time to explain everything and ensuring I was comfortable throughout the treatment.
