Cut and colour by Ellie always top quality. However I need to mention this time, the lack of cleanliness on the female side of the salon. Nothing to do with Ellie. I did mention to her. Noticeable hairs, lots of them on the chairs, wrapped round the feet of the chairs, on the mirrors, footplates and skirting under the mirrors. Was really unpleasant to see. I've read that Lancaster City Council intend to inspect barbers and hairdressers. They put a post on Facebook to say this and said all chairs etc should be cleaned hygienically after each customer. The whole place is a bit shabby 😒

As always the atmosphere and service were excellent. Tracey gave me a full set of speed tips and painted the most beautiful skull design on my 'feature' nail. I love the shaping of the speed tips and they feel really comfortable to wear (I'd had a couple of nail repairs done with them and they seem to last well too).

Very recently I had my first full body & face lymphatic drainage massage. I have some health conditions, including Muscloskeletal problems, Rheumatoid Arthritis & Sinus problems, so was a bit apprehensive as to what to expect or if may be painful or uncomfortable for me. No need to worry as it was an amazing experience. Katie applied the gentlest and lightest of pressure & I felt so relaxed. Afterwards my body felt revived, my skin better, I felt less bloated & my Sinuses felt clear. I can’t recommend this treatment enough but I only have limited words to review. 2nd massage already booked! X

Absolutely love visiting the team. All of them are lovely and chatty. Usually I get my nails done with Kez, she always helps choose my colours. Can’t wait to have my lash extensions on Tuesday with Jen.

Had such the best experience. I’ve been struggling to find a reliable enough hairdresser who listens to what I want since moving to Lancaster a couple years ago but I’ve finally found someone to stay with!
