My experience with Clinic Twenty2 has always been perfect. The greeting is always second to none, as well as the service. I'm always asked how I feel both before, during and after each session. There is no hard sell and each time I'm thanked for making the booking and advised if any further sessions are needed, to please make contact. I find the cost to be most ompetetive and I would highly recommend anyone looking for laser treatment to visit. I am 100% happy with the whole process.

Anja is a fabulous practitioner. She is professional, client focused, highly experienced, and communicates speedily. I've had laser treatment with her and now have electrolysis. I highly recommend her.

The salon is gorgeous and beautifully clean. Jess is lovely and gave a lot of time to explaining products and focussed on how to better my troubled areas. She also wrote down what she recommends for my skin to help it improve- no hard sell or pushing. The facial was lovely and relaxing! My skin felt amazing and glowy when leaving. Very happy! Extremely grateful for all of the help and advice I have gotten over the past few months. I had an incredible experience trying the ClearLift Laser and LED for the first time. I attended ClincTwenty2 to have my semi-permanent eyebrows removed. The lady that carried out the treatment was very professional. She asked me pertinent questions and was very approachable and friendly. She gave me an ice pack to use before and after the treatment, which worked so well numbing the area, I didn't have any pain both during and after treatment. She gave me full aftercare instructions and a pot of cream to use, as she said the area may become dry. Her rates are extremely good and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Transport for Wales messed up the trains so bad that even though I left with 20 minutes and 2 trains buffer I ended up an hour late. Even towards the end of the day they managed to sort out my appointment so I could still get my sessions done and Maryna was great as usual. Thank you so much!

We've done out first full session on my tattoo removal and I cannot be happier. The service is fantastic, Sam is just lush and super calming, welcoming and just lovely, such an understanding person. It was a good session. They talked me through the process. India recommended a scrub after my session, I have used the scrub twice and it has really worked for my skin especially in the area I had treatment done on.

Caz is incredibly attentive. I’ve never been iced before during laser treatment and it makes such a difference — the treatment is virtually painless. She’s so kind, welcoming, and makes you feel completely at ease. I love coming to my appointments, and the results have been amazing.

I had a great experience with Anja, from first meeting she was super friendly and welcoming. She talked me through everything about the treatment, and was happy to answer any questions or concerns I have. The laser hair removal itself hurt a little as expected, but Anja was very considerate and would stop or apply cold if I had any discomfort. I've had very positive results since my first treatment. The salon itself is bright and clean, and very close to the train station, so very easy to get to. I highly reccommend Anja Gosha to anyone considering the treatments! :)
