Today was my first tattoo removal session. Each step of the procedure was handled professionally and efficiently. I felt I was in good hands, and well supported through the discomfort that inherently comes with this procedure. If it’s something you are thinking of having done, I would highly recommend Lux.

This was my first experience with any kind of laser treatment. Allanna was amazing! She was very honest with me about the procedure and the results, but also encouraging and comforting. She was so easy going, telling me to ask her to stop whenever I needed a break. Her overall personality made me feel really comfortable, which calmed my nerves. I would recommend specifically Allanna to anybody!

This was my first time using a new nail tech and had a great experience. Kevin was super friendly, work was perfect, and made sure to use the right technique to fix a nail I’d broken. Today I had the owner, Paula, as my Laser Hair Removal treatment provider. Paula was very engaging in conversation and took great care to ensure that the process was comfortable and that I was relaxed and confident in her performing the treatment in place of Arlex. I was indeed comfortable. Paula did a great job, professional and friendly at the same time. I recommend this location of Elva Aesthetics as a place where you'll get professional individuals who look after you and are pleasantly engaging.

I know that I'm repeating myself, but it is the truth. Arlex is great as a representative of Eva Aesthetics (Stoney Creek), and the new owner Paula is also. Arlex makes certain at all times that you are comfortable--both the the procedure (she articulates what is/will be happening clearly and ensures that you are okay to proceed) and with the procedure itself. It may seem odd to say, but the laser hair removal is a relaxing point of the day/week. I experience no discomfort during or after the session. I'm looking forward to the final results when the sessions are completed in September 2024.

Arlex is great! She knows her stuff, she's pleasant to interact with an is always making sure you are 100% comfortable with the procedure (laser hair removal). Arlex explains the procedure, answers any questions you may have knowledgeably, making certain that you are comfortable with the process. I highly recommend Alrex as your "go to" person for any/all laser hair removal treatments. I can't say enough about how comfortable Arlex has made me feel about something that could otherwise cause embarrassment to discuss, and/or have done.

It was incredible as always. I’ve always struggled with extremely thick dark hair on my body. I would have to bring a razor with me everywhere. Lisa has performed laser hair removal on my full body and I no longer have hair anywhere at all. I haven’t shaved in 7 months. Incredible results. I feel more confident, I have more time, I no longer worry about razor burn or constant shaving. I couldn’t be happier and for such a reasonable price. 10/10. Claudia did the prp for my hair even though it hurts a little bit she absolutely is a amazing to be around and makes me feel totally comfortable. My experience was a 10 out 10. I totally recommend Evas's place the staff are friendly know what there doing and you get great results...the proof is in the puding if you could see my hair great results after only 2 sessions. Try it you'll be amazed. 👍👍

I cannot recommend Lux enough. Every single visit I have left happy and satisfied with my service. I have been for a pedicure and a shellac manicure plus the removal. Each service has been a luxurious experience. They really take their time to make sure everything is done properly while maintaining cleanliness and precision. They are currently remodelling, which is turning out beautifully!! I highly recommend checking this place out if you want quality service. The staff is just the cherry on top. Extremely welcoming and always have smiles on their faces. 5 stars all around!!

All of the staff I encountered were very kind, professional and well trained. On top of this, it felt extra luxurious as you get to sit in a very comfy chair and choose a bath bomb for your feet to soak in while getting my pedicure!

Wonderful. My leg massage felt wonderful. I love Lux because it is so clean and the chairs are so comfortable.

Stephanie was very nice and helped me stay calm throughout the waxing process. The results were pretty good , there were quite a few spots with little hairs left. I’m not sure if this is normal or not as it was my first wax but what was removed was done relatively painlessly
