This was my first experience with any kind of laser treatment. Allanna was amazing! She was very honest with me about the procedure and the results, but also encouraging and comforting. She was so easy going, telling me to ask her to stop whenever I needed a break. Her overall personality made me feel really comfortable, which calmed my nerves. I would recommend specifically Allanna to anybody!

Just had my first facial and I feel so so relaxed, I feel so bad I can’t remember the name of woman who did my facial (pretty, long brown hair with glasses!) but she was amazing. Made me feel comfortable with the whole process and told me and explained to me everything that she was doing and why she was doing it. I haven’t seen my face look thing bright and clean in god knows how long. She explained how to handle my specific skin issues in day to day life and just over all made me feel so welcome and comfortable. I will definitely be back and would recommend flourish skin studio to anyone!

Paula was very engaging in conversation and took great care to ensure that the process was comfortable and that I was relaxed and confident in her performing the treatment in place of Arlex. I know that I'm repeating myself, but it is the truth. Arlex is great as a representative of Eva Aesthetics (Stoney Creek), and the new owner Paula is also. Arlex makes certain at all times that you are comfortable--both the the procedure (she articulates what is/will be happening clearly and ensures that you are okay to proceed) and with the procedure itself. It may seem odd to say, but the laser hair removal is a relaxing point of the day/week. I experience no discomfort during or after the session. I'm looking forward to the final results when the sessions are completed in September 2024.
