It was incredible as always. I’ve always struggled with extremely thick dark hair on my body. I would have to bring a razor with me everywhere. Lisa has performed laser hair removal on my full body and I no longer have hair anywhere at all. I haven’t shaved in 7 months. Incredible results. I feel more confident, I have more time, I no longer worry about razor burn or constant shaving. I couldn’t be happier and for such a reasonable price. 10/10. Highly recommend using her services - especially laser services. Amy - the happiest client!

I cannot recommend Lux enough. Every single visit I have left happy and satisfied with my service. I have been for a pedicure and a shellac manicure plus the removal. Each service has been a luxurious experience. They really take their time to make sure everything is done properly while maintaining cleanliness and precision. They are currently remodelling, which is turning out beautifully!! I highly recommend checking this place out if you want quality service. The staff is just the cherry on top. Extremely welcoming and always have smiles on their faces. 5 stars all around!!

All of the staff I encountered were very kind, professional and well trained. On top of this, it felt extra luxurious as you get to sit in a very comfy chair and choose a bath bomb for your feet to soak in while getting my pedicure!

Stephanie was very nice and helped me stay calm throughout the waxing process. The results were pretty good , there were quite a few spots with little hairs left. I’m not sure if this is normal or not as it was my first wax but what was removed was done relatively painlessly

Hi Lisa I never noticed it before but the new girl with red hair put the clean dry cloths into the bowl where people wash their hands , then wet the towel and then put in the warmer. This is a great way to breed bacteria and fungus. Yvonne

My technician Winsome was very good and very pleasant. I was surprised that I was left on my own to decide when my feet were dry and I just paid and left - no one ever came back to check on me, take the tissue out from between my toes, say goodbye, or whatever. Also every pedicure chair was occupied - I was surprised that there was not more space between clients (e.g. 2 metres). I am certainly not impressed with a $3.00 charge for covid - not when you receive a very good price for your pedicures. All that accomplishes is less tip for the hardworking girls doing the job.
