I haven been visiting Katrina for the last couple of years for lymphatic drainage massages. The benefits I get from these are worth every single visit. My body debloats, less fluid retention, my mind feels settled and I feel so much more refreshed and detoxed. The massages were to help me with fluid retention In my legs and the consistency of monthly visits have paid off for me.
