You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. I left feeling looked after, confident and very happy with the results. Am very happy. Dr Zeena has a beautiful approach, calm, collected and informative. I had my lips done the first time. I wanted them taken back to what they once looked like 10 - 15 years ago now I am approaching 60. Straight away they look amazing, although will take 2 week wait for them to settle. Recommending Dr Zeena big time.

Sam is incredible! Cant recommend her enough

22 aug 2026

It was my first time with this sort of thing and Sam was so incredible, she gave me a great preface to walk me through the process, its aftercare, and the reasons for all of it, as well as giving me room to ask any questions, and letting me know the entire process was in my hands. I was surprisingly comfortable from the moment I stepped through the door, and so glad to talk with her, I was relaxed throughout the entire process. It's very obvious that I was talking with a professional who knows precisely what they're doing, how they work, and how to take care of someone under their care.

Nelly is absolutely amazing at what she does — professional, knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely caring. She makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in and takes time to explain everything properly without ever making you feel rushed. The clinic itself is beautiful, spotless, and has such a calm luxury feel to it. You can really tell they care about quality and client experience. The results have been incredible, and I’ve already had compliments noticed by others. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with such a warm personal approach. Thank you again, Nelly!

Oksana is incredibly friendly, highly professional, and it really shows in the way she works. What stood out the most is that she genuinely cares about delivering effective results. She doesn’t just go through the motions or rush to finish — she takes her time, focuses on what your body actually needs, and makes sure every step of the treatment has a purpose. You can feel that she’s invested in giving you the best possible outcome, not just completing an appointment. She constantly checks in to ensure you’re comfortable, which makes the whole experience even more relaxing and reassuring.
