I had such a lovely experience with Oksana at High Care Clinic in Richmond. She was incredibly professional, caring and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Sara really is the best aesthetician I’ve used. She always advises on treatments I’m interested in and gives her honest option whether its suitable for me. She makes sure you’re comfortable during a treatment and advises on aftercare. Very friendly and a lovely lady ! Would always recommend.

Irina, the owner, is simply incredible – so warm, genuinely passionate, and unbelievably knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything in detail, and made me feel 100% confident in my treatment plan. I had SPM combined with RF microneedling with the fabulous therapists Nellie and Oxana, and wow – the results are already stunning after just one session! Both Nellie and Oxana are total pros! 💯 recommended!
