The best part is that my natural nails were never damaged — they don’t remove the natural nail’s protective layer, so it actually stays protected. I keep coming back because of Praize, who is truly professional and exceptional in everything related to nail care. Her attention to detail and quality of work are the main reasons I choose this salon. My only suggestion is to introduce a loyalty or rewards programme for regular customers. Many competing salons with lower prices already offer loyalty cards, and I believe this would add great value and encourage long-term customer loyalty. I hope the management considers this improvement.
