Today was my first appointment with Rachael, right from the start I felt comfortable and at ease especially as I wasn’t 100% sure what I wanted us to achieve. Absolutely LOVED getting my hair done today with Becky, she is so professional but open to have a chat about anything and everything! Felt super relaxed the whole time, extremely accommodating (I have an injury) and of course absolutely love my hair as always!! From the minute the door was opened I felt totally at ease. It’s a big thing to change hairstylists after many years but I didn’t need to worry because Rachael was amazing. She took time to listen to what I was looking for and start to finish was caring, considerate and most of all a lovely person too. The environment was perfect too which often gets overlooked but without any doubt I would recommend her to anyone. Everyone who has seen me has said how good my hair looks.
