I had a wonderful experience at Lux today. Neda is really sweet and knowledgeable about the services. I had done my full hair highlights and totally love my new look. She talks you through the process,assess the hair and recommends good treatmenta for the hair. This was my second visit and worth each time. Sure shot location for my next hair cut as well.

As a regular customer to Kess Hair & Beauty Glenfield, I usually come in for a service. However, today I wanted to spoil myself. I asked the beautician if I could do my hair as well. I had a great experience at the salon. Jojo was friendly and welcoming and made sure we were on the same page about treatment and hair style. I have curly hair (2B/2C) and is always a bit of a challenge finding professional who understand texture and use different techniques. The space is very elegant and cosy and has a relaxed vibe. I also had a hair treatment and my hair feels healthy and shiny again. Will definitely be going back!
