This was my first visit with Karen after my hairdresser of many years moved overseas. Was I a tad nervous? Yes, but Karen was fantastic - she matched my highlights perfectly going purely by sight and understood exactly what I was looking for in style and cut. Jojo was welcoming, friendly and made me feel so at ease so quickly. She took her time to understand my usual styling and maintenance, and to talk about the best styles and treatments for my hair based on that. When it came time for the actual cut, she worked efficiently and I was out of the chair within an hour where other salons have taken nearly 1.5-2 hours to complete the same treatment and cut for me in the past. Will absolutely be booking in to see Jojo again!
