Steph has been amazing from start to finish. She took the time to explain exactly what she would be doing throughout the appointment and made sure my fragile, highlighted hair was protected every step of the way. Another fantastic appointment at Incognito 👌. Had the Sunekos booster under my eyes and over the lip 👄 (for those pesky lines). I also had two full sessions of the body toning machine (for abs and glutes). It feels AMAZING. This needs to be done in a series at least twice a week. I wanted to give it a try before committing: It’s a yes for me. As always, Louise and Ginny are very careful and meticulous with their advice and approach regarding every treatment. Wouldn’t dream to go anywhere else but here. Thanks!

Great as always. Steph listens to what I want and gives me that unless she feels it isn’t right for me and we will discuss a way forward. Cuts my hair beautifully and always does the colouring the way I like it

Extremely impressed. I had an amazing experience getting CO2 laser treatment under my eyes. I felt completely relaxed and extremely comfortable from start to finish. Everything was explained so clearly, which really put my mind at ease. A huge thank you to Louise and the lovely team for such wonderful care!
