Jennie did my hair and she did an awesome job! I had highlights and curtain bangs done in the GTA, and they didn’t leave the foils on top long enough and my bangs were too blunt and she fixed it exactly how I wanted them. 10/10!

The time flies when I have Andrea cut and highlight my hair. She is the best and I get so many compliments on my hair.

Jennie was amazing! She gave me the perfect (half) head of highlights. The tone of blonde was just right and my cut was exactly what I asked for. This salon is amazing and very affordable. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Jillian today for my first consultation. Jillian was upfront and realistic about my expectations and cost which was really appreciated.

Jennie is an amazing stylist! She absolutely nailed my cut and colour from my reference photos, showed me how to get the style I wanted at home and gave me product recommendations, all the while being super warm and friendly. I will definitely be back.

Always the best experience when I go never have a problem

I was thrilled to have a detailed discussion around my expectations on colour, brightness and what my end goal was - for over 20min!!! which made me feel heard. I knew I was in good hands! End result was mind blowing! Loved getting download on latest hair care products too. So happy,,, so so happy!

Was only a consult but staff were very knowledgeable and were able to give great ideas

Victoria is a brilliant combination of creative talent and engaging personality. She introduced me to a wonderful scalp massage treatment and gave me a great cut.

I am typically apprehensive at trying out new stylists. I happened upon Rustic Roots and am very happy that I have. Jennie has cut my hair a couple of times and I’ve been pleased both times. She offers suggestions and advice on styles and maintenance.

Jillian is the best. She asks me what I want to do to my hair during my appointment; but truly, there is no point. I trust whatever she does fully. She’s very talented in achieving a natural look and lifting the colour of my dark blonde/brown hair to give it dimension and interest. By far the best experience I’ve had at a salon - she is amazing with blonding.

This was my first visit with Victoria and she offered excellent consultation based on information she gathered in advance and upon meeting. The colour, cut and treatments and styling made for a fantastic finish. It’s was lovely getting acquainted and planning for future visits, with scalp treatment session to follow soon. Victoria is warm, welcoming, a great conversationalist and she has tapped into the look I am aiming to achieve as I blend the grey and seek some dramatic effect. Looking forward to our next colour session.

Probably my 5th or 6th time going here. Always a great experience. Heather is very nice and always does a great job!

Krystal was great! It was my first time there after moving to the area. I showed her a picture and she had it done in like 20 minutes and it was perfect. 🤩.

I went to see Victoria this week for a colour, cut, and blowout — and wow, I could not be happier! I’ve never coloured my hair before, so I was a little nervous, but Victoria was absolutely wonderful. She was so patient and thorough, taking the time to explain the options and walk me through the process so I felt totally comfortable and confident. The result? I love my hair! The colour turned out even better than I imagined, and the cut and blowout looked amazing. Victoria is so knowledgeable and truly talented! My expectations were completely exceeded.
