I’ve been on the hunt for a great hair salon since I moved to Niagara Falls, and Fresha led me straight to Rustic Roots Hair Lounge. Jennie gave me a fantastic haircut, and Heather did an amazing job with my hairstyling. They’re both incredible! I absolutely love my new look, and I’ll definitely be back. I’ve went to many hair stylist before and Jilly is by far the most thorough and worth your money!! I drove from hamilton and it was totally worth it!

From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and full of good energy. The stylist took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted, paid close attention to detail, and handled my hair with so much care and professionalism.

Incredible service as always. Kevin excels above and beyond other stylist with his creativity with hair colour and nano extensions. Reception and hospitality from Jay is always welcoming and friendly. A beautiful modern salon that is always clean and decorated in theme to the holidays/seasons. I have an appoint usually every 5-6 weeks for the last 7-8 years and never have a been disappointed. Thank you Kevin, Jay and staff I appreciate everything you do

Jennie is an amazing stylist! She absolutely nailed my cut and colour from my reference photos, showed me how to get the style I wanted at home and gave me product recommendations, all the while being super warm and friendly. I will definitely be back.

I had a fantastic experience getting my hair single braided today. The braids are neat with clean parting, and even though my hair is full, the style feels light and comfortable. The stylist was incredibly professional and friendly throughout the appointment. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches—she had snacks available for clients, and the overall environment was both comfortable and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend her services!

Kayla has been the family’s hair stylist since over a year! She’s a true artist with her pair of scissors, her colour palette and ideas!!!! The purple in mine and the blue touch for my 10year old son is just perfect!!!! We love visiting Kevin Lunn for the warm welcome, awesome staff and the comfort ambience! Kevin n team are doing a superb work! Thanks again guys!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I’ve been going to Rustic Roots Hair Lounge ever since I first discovered it, and I haven’t had my hair cut anywhere else since. Today I brought my kids in for their haircuts, and the experience was just as amazing. Jennie is absolutely wonderful with kids—so patient, gentle, and great at making them feel comfortable. Their haircuts turned out perfect, and they left the salon happy and holiday ready. Thank you Jennie!

I had an amazing experience getting my sew-in weave done! The stylist was friendly, professional, and clearly knew exactly what she was doing. My hair turned out flawless, and I’ve gotten so many compliments already! The in-home salon was super clean and comfortable, making the whole process even better. Highly recommend!🙂

Absolutely thrilled with Kayla as my hairdresser. The color is amazing and she styled it very differently from how I normally wear my hair.I left feeling likes million bucks
