I had a great experience at ELITE! Nat was incredibly helpful in explaining the treatment for my lower back pain and legs. The sports massage really helped reduce tension, and the infrared sauna blanket relieved muscle pain and destressing. I'll definitely be booking with Nat again soon. Thanks ELITE!

Went in for a sports massage, leg compressions and sauna blanket. Feel so much better. Thankyou.

Had 2 treatments compression legs and Sauna Blanket worked well on my legs and back. Thankyou

Loved the sauna blanket, managed 30 mins and I couldn’t believe the amount of sweat that came off. It also helped with my slight back pain I had. Will be booking again

I had an amazing experience at Elite! Nat was very knowledgable and so helpful with my hamstring. She saw me at such short notice and not only did she help with the pain, through a massage and cupping, she also offered me on advice how to reduce the pain and help recovery over the next few weeks. Will definitely be booking again, highly recommend !!
