The Wellness Lounge is always so welcoming, and their beautiful new location adds to the relaxing experience. I recently tried pressotherapy there, and it was extremely calming and left me feeling refreshed. The staff are kind and professional, ensuring a comfortable experience. I went with my friend and we had a lush time!! We enjoyed the infrared sauna, the red light therapy and the pressotherapy! Was so relaxing! Will definitely go back!

There are no words that can express the expertise, friendliness and professionalism that are experienced on every visit, some visits are sport related needs and some are just for shear pampering and me time needs, there is a massage/therapy for every need. Thank you Paul, my sports massage was much needed yesterday and I came out 100% better than when I came in 🙏🏼

Mum and I had a Recovery Lounge session on Sunday afternoon and what a fabulously invigorating experience it was. Firstly, it was easy to book online and plenty of free parking on arrival. Secondly, we had a warm welcome and brilliant guidance throughout that added to the fun we had. It included full spectrum sauna, cold plunge pool, red light therapy and pressotherapy. We were even given a rehydration drink. To cap it off we completed the Flame&Chill challenge with our full immersion in the 8 degree cold tub and got our photo on the wall of fame!! We highly recommend the wellness lounge.

Amazing set up with friendly and knowledgable staff supporting you. I experienced the recovery lounge with contrast therapy (hot and cold), red light therapy and pressotherapy. The guys were super friendly and let me try the oxygen therapy experience as well. Highly recommend experiencing what Cardiff Wellness lounges have to offer, a fantastic and affordable facility to meet your recovery goals or support with your training goals. I'll most definitely be returning.

Only an hour drive away from Llanelli I find myself at The Wellness Lounge Cardiff. I park up in a free space and I'm greeted by the Boss. Im booked in for a massage with Paul and then I have time in the hot/cold therapy room as well as being given the opportunity to test out the IPC boots and some oxygen therapy. I had a ball! The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. I've woken up feeling like a new woman! Highly reccomend, 10 million stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Excellent. Waiyee gave me a first class massage, clearing knots in shoulders, back & legs. She then offered me the chance to try out the inflatable compression socks…a great experience, which I would like to build into my recovery program.

Had the most amazing massage today. Brilliant service, so accommodating, and came out feeling like a new person. I’ve been struggling with leg pain and shoulder pain for years, the masseuse knew exactly what she was doing, what areas needed looking at, what pressures etc. will be getting a membership! X

✨ Just had the most gorgeous massage at the Wellness Lounge! After a tough week, this was exactly what I needed. Everything felt so professional, and as someone who usually feels quite anxious, I really appreciated the care they put in. The forms beforehand gave me space to share my previous injuries and any anxieties I had , and Paul took the time to go through everything with me and explain how the lymphatic massage works. I left feeling lighter, calmer, and completely looked after. I’ll definitely be visiting again and would recommend it to anyone! 💆‍♀️💫

Such a relaxing way to end the week and ease the tension we carry around. Waiyee is always a delight! She is such a professional, so knowledgeable and tackles your individual needs with such care and precision. Most of the time I don’t even know what I need doing, but thankfully she knows just the right spots. Really enjoyed the massage today, which was nicely followed by contrast therapy and it was such a treat! Grateful for all the team’s care and attentiveness. This is a must for those who truly wish to appreciate the benefits of a multitude of therapies. The service and support and facilities are excellent. You have the option for a guided session or left to conduct your own experience with the staff at hand . All together, the therapy session, in my opinion, is very well priced. I will definitely include the Wellness Centre services as part of recovery regime, not solely for sports, but equally to relax my mind.

The newxlounge is taking shape. Even whilst there's lots to still do it didn't feel like it once you were in the lounge. I really feel the pressotherapy is helping with my lyphatic drainage, following my surgery. The owner is very welcoming and always greets you at the door with a smile. Great experience - Julie J

Waiyee was fantastic - very knowledgeable and technically excellent - she identified sports and other injuries, knots, aches and pains and not only manipulated them to a much more comfortable condition, but gave excellent advice on how to prevent some issues and how to stretch and treat repeating problems. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone who wants a solid sports massage and therapy session to help recovery.

The best team and best contrast therapy going around, if you actually want the real experience with knowledge and equipment, this is where you come!
