Première expérience vraiment très positive il me faudra un peu plus de recul pour voir les effets mais j'ai quand même pris un forfait 5 séances de Redlight therapy car j'ai l'impression déjà que mon corps a apprécié

Superbe première expérience du Shiftwave, de la red light therapy et du sauna infrarouge. Je me suis sentie détendue et ressourcée à l'issue des séances. L'équipe est très pro et l'intro des différents soins est vraiment utile. Une excellente adresse, je recommande !

I arrived with a terrible hangover and walked out of there feeling extremely refreshed and reenergised!!! It is a lovely wellness oasis, and they provided great service. Highly recommend - they have the top of range equipment for red light therapy (what I call the red bed) and cyrochamber - hard to find in France as the French are always a bit behind in biohacking and regenerative medicine so I was thrilled to see they have some of the best machines on the market available today. The Shiftwave chair was amazing fantastic reset.

We visited this spa in Paris last week and loved it! The place is super clean and modern, with a lot of new equipment and unique treatments like Cryo and hyperbaric chambers. The staff was welcoming and took great care of us. We tried the infrared spa, which even had its own private shower, and the sound wave treatment, which was such a cool experience. Overall, a really relaxing spot in the city— we have visited several tines and we’ll definitely be back!

First time doing red light therapy and pressotherapy. It's a gorgeous space, and the staff is lovely. Very impressive and all the equipment is super high quality.

Amazing treatment with hyperbaric chamber : I left both relaxed and deeply energised. Very cool place.
