The treatment was really nice. I enjoyed the face and head massage. Thank you. Unfortunately it was a bit spoiled because my 6 pm appointment started 6:10, which is ok, but it finished 7 pm, which is 50 minutes. You advertise it as 1h and I believe it's reasonable to expect 1 h treatment, especially that it's quite expensive. When asked about it I was told it's 1h with setting up. If that's the case you should inform the customer or say it's 50 minutes. I loved it but I'm not sure I'd book it again for that price. Xx

The nicest massage I have ever had, I walked in a ball of stress and left on a cloud. Annie is friendly and welcoming whilst also professional I immediately booked another massage and will be a regular from now on! Highly recommend

Tested out the new head spa platinum package. I’ve been looking forward to this for a while and it didn’t disappoint. My hair is super soft and my scalp feels clearer. The treatment includes a back massage and mini facial so it’s the ultimate treat. Beyond relaxing! Highly recommend.

Had a blissful massage & reiki treatment with lovely Micheala. She made me feel totally at ease and is so warm and friendly. The massage was just the right pressure, relaxing but getting into those areas where tension lies . Then came the magic of reiki.. felt so much heat and a release of energy. Absolutely beautiful ❤️✨🌟

Amazing treatment! I had The Ultimate Indian Head Spa with Katie after a week-long headache, and she worked absolute magic. The scalp, neck, and facial massage melted my tension away. My headache was gone by the end, and I felt deeply relaxed and refreshed. Katie is professional, kind, and incredibly skilled. Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend Adele, especially for her mum-to-be massage which I’ve just had. She set expectations beforehand and gave the perfect amount of conversation to help me feel comfortable and at ease, followed by peaceful quiet to fully relax. My body feels calm and de-stressed and I could have stayed there forever. She seemed to know exactly where my tension was and focused on those areas beautifully. The longer treatment time made such a difference, leaving me completely satisfied and at peace at 33 weeks pregnant.

Once again Michaela has excelled herself, I had a back neck and shoulders. It's not until Michaela has given you a massage and worked her magic and all the tension has gone that you realise has much tension you had. I felt absolutely fantastic 👏 afterwards. It was my first visit to House of Rose and i was really impressed. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Charlotte was lovely and gave me a relaxing facial and head massage. My daughter bought me the gift voucher for my treatment. I will definitely be back….!!!

I have been to Adele a few times now. She is super professional and really pays attention to detail. As a returning customer I feel like I've found a place where I can entrust my mental wellbeing in Adeles hands. I have felt very well cared for throughout the visits i've had and have left feeling like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I have never felt so well cared for before. She is super hard working and a very lovely person. Its been a pleasure getting to know her and I always feel welcome upon my return. The head spa was simply perfect!! Just what I needed to unwind!

Amazing hot stone massage! Back pain was so bad I couldn't sleep but massage helped straight away to release tension and relax muscles. Highly recommend!
