Paula was amazing! The most warm and welcoming experience I have ever had! I went for a hollywood wax so not the most relaxing treatment itself, however Paula made me feel so calm.. . I was quite anxious and slightly dreading going for the treatment as it’s my second time ever having it after a bad first experience. I never thought i’d say this, but I enjoyed the treatment and meeting Paula! I felt so comfortable, it was almost painless!! Paula is Hockley Heaths best kept secret! I cannot recommend her enough. Thank you!!

Had a great hot stone massage again. All stress and tension ebbed away. Paola has magic hands. Also can recommend the facial cream products they really do make a difference!

This was my first time using the pressure suit (not sure if that’s its real name) so wasn’t sure of what to expect, if you enjoy a squeeze (tight cuddles) then I would recommend it, Paola’s was very informative and advised on all the benefits of the treatments and what to expect. Next time I would possible look at having a face/head massage at the same time as the tranquil sounds playing, provided a relaxing environment. Glam and Glow Beauty Lab provided a welcoming and enjoyable experience and I would highly recommend visiting them. Loved it. Thank you

The best massage ever! The whole experience was wonderful, the smells and techniques were so relaxing. I spent 45 minutes in heaven, the massage was relaxing and therapeutic. As a home worker I am huddled over a laptop all day, my posture is awful. This massage helped relieve the tension I have in my neck, shoulders, and back. The oils also helped with my awfully dry skin. I am re-booking for a body scrub and brow lamination.

Absolutely fantastic massage!!! Paola was so warm and welcoming as well. I booked the Sperience Aromatherapy massage and would highly recommend to anyone who wants to feel completely relaxed and pampered. Paola made sure your whole body from your head to toes is pampered. I left feeling completely relaxed! 100% book this massage!
