Paula was amazing! The most warm and welcoming experience I have ever had! I went for a hollywood wax so not the most relaxing treatment itself, however Paula made me feel so calm.. . I was quite anxious and slightly dreading going for the treatment as it’s my second time ever having it after a bad first experience. I never thought i’d say this, but I enjoyed the treatment and meeting Paula! I felt so comfortable, it was almost painless!! Paula is Hockley Heaths best kept secret! I cannot recommend her enough. Thank you!!

I went to glam and glow beauty lab after being recommend by someone else for waxing.. I was apprehensive about it being wax strips for intimate waxing but i wouldn’t go anywhere else now! So thorough and a complete perfectionist taking her time to do a good job. The setting was immaculate and really relaxing.
