I had a Japanese Tsuboki facial with Adele and it was a wonderful experience. Adele was professional, welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. The treatment was deeply relaxing and helped release tension in my face, neck, and shoulders. My skin felt refreshed, lifted, and glowing afterwards. Adele’s expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout. I left feeling rejuvenated and pampered. I would highly recommend Adele and will definitely be booking another treatment soon.

I’m not sure who looks forward to my appointments more, me or my skin!!! After 6 weeks without an appointment, my skin was dull and my make up free confidence had dulled as well! After my microneedling and dermaplane, my skin is glowing and I feel so much better and much more confident. Appointments with Sarah are always what you need them to be - it’s so nice to have a therapist who wants you to achieve your skin goals, and doesn’t recommend treatments that won’t get you there! If you want a therapist to form a glowy, healthy skin journey alliance with you, Sarah is your lady!

Today, I had a full head sew-in weave with styling, and I couldn’t be happier with the result! The fitting was absolutely flawless and looked so luxurious. The whole team was lovely, patient, and incredibly professional. They clearly knew exactly what they were doing, and the end result was beautiful. I felt so well looked after from start to finish. I had a wonderful full body aromatherapy massage with Adele at Cove Holistics. Adele took the time to tailor the treatment to exactly what I needed and blended the aromatherapy oils to suit my individual needs, which made the whole experience feel really personal and thoughtful. The massage itself was incredibly relaxing, with just the right pressure throughout. I left smelling lovely,feeling refreshed, and far less tense both physically and mentally.
