Mel is amazing at her job, she’s very through when she goes through things and really explains everything in detail. She recommends the best products tailored for you and I trust her fully with my skin. She’s made a huge difference already with only my second session and I can’t wait for further results! I had a Japanese Tsuboki facial with Adele and it was a wonderful experience. Adele was professional, welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. The treatment was deeply relaxing and helped release tension in my face, neck, and shoulders. My skin felt refreshed, lifted, and glowing afterwards. Adele’s expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout. I left feeling rejuvenated and pampered. I would highly recommend Adele and will definitely be booking another treatment soon.

Time was taken to understand my health and work out what was required and after only one session I had made improvements. Mukti is really informative and has incredible knowledge - I leave sessions not only feeling physically better but emotionally charged and always having learnt something too!

Nobody skilled as Neha, just a babe! So pleasant did such a wonderful job of my hair. I’m so happy with my new look, she made my whole experience positive and I felt so comfortable. I couldn’t recommend Neha enough. As a manager of the salon I truly believe she does not get enough credit for her efforts and how much of an amazing hair dresser and stylist she is! Sam was brilliant from start to finish. She made me feel completely at ease, especially as I was quite nervous before my treatment. She was warm, professional, and reassuring throughout. The whole experience was far more comfortable than I’d expected, with much less pain and discomfort than I’d anticipated. It genuinely surpassed my expectations. Really lovely atmosphere. The lady who did my hair was so sweet and understood exactly what I was asking for. Salon felt very welcoming and super clean. No messy tables in front of you when you sit down, just a full length mirror. Perfect for taking selfies
