I had the most incredible experience at Hairmonic Head Spa in London. From the moment I arrived, the place felt so calming and uplifting, and Gigi was warm, friendly, and instantly made me feel comfortable. The treatment itself was pure heaven. Gigi walked me through everything, and you can tell she genuinely cares about what she does. Every step felt thoughtful and deeply relaxing. I left with my scalp feeling fresh and clean, and extremely relaxed. Exactly what you need after a busy week. Hands down one of the best self-care experiences. I will be back!

I booked the Back Rub Restore (30 minutes) at Opulence Thai Spa as I was in a rush and needed quick relief from back pain. It exceeded my expectations — the therapist managed to release the tension in just 30 minutes, and my back pain disappeared almost immediately and stayed away for days. The spa is clean, relaxing, and the staff were very professional. Perfect if you need fast but effective relief in central London. I’ll definitely be back!

A couple of days after my visit to the centre, I couldn’t resist to book again, and I’ll do so once back to London! Iwona is just amazing 🫶🏻 The best experience ever! It’s just above the perfection! Anyone can easily sleep between her lovely hands, but I had to resist to enjoy that magical moment! I felt completely relaxed, she took me to the sky and put me on the cloud! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a 60-minute deep tissue massage at Balance Massage and Wellness Fitzrovia and it was excellent. The space is calm and welcoming, and Agata was amazing from start to finish. She listened carefully, worked expertly on problem areas, and applied the perfect pressure. I felt great during the massage and even better afterwards relaxed, lighter, and far less tense. The benefits lasted well beyond the session. Highly recommend Agata and will definitely return.

The time had come. I desperately needed a cut after growing my hair out for months from a very short style. Last night I took a chance when I arrived in London and scheduled a hair appointment at Shadi. The place looked modern and clean. When I walked in this morning for my 10:00 AM appointment, Mauricio kindly greeted me and started right away transforming my hair with great care.
