This was, PHENOMENAL. Holy moly, you dont realise how much stress and tension is in your scalp. Hannah is amazing!! Ive gone through a really rough few weeks recently and booked this in last minute to pamper myself for my birthday and, my goodness I never wanted it to end. Highly highly recommend!! Will deffo be back and recommending this to everyone! Thank you so much Hannah!!

I was invited to try the Nourish HeadSpa at ILO HeadSpa in Lewes and it was amazing. Hannah is so calm and skilled, using just the right pressure with tools like a jade comb and scalp exfoliant. The treatment included a deep cleanse, serums, conditioning mask, and finished with a soft blow-dry. The spa is beautiful and serene. I left feeling completely relaxed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a luxurious, calming experience!

The most relaxing experience I’ve had in a while! I’ve been to a handful of head spas across London and LA and none compare to ILO! Hannah’s treatment felt way more considered and tailored to my needs. It was a reset for my scalp and soul. Everything Hannah did felt intentional and the level of care she had was unmatched. Definitely will be back to try the longer treatment!

I had the most relaxing experience this week at ILO Head Spa with the lovely and talented Hannah! I had the Restore treatment—an hour and a half of PURE bliss. Hannah used a variety of techniques and tools, including a deep cleanse, combing, massage, oils, and the incredibly relaxing sensation of warm water running over your head, leaving me completely zen and grounded. The space and music was calming and comfortable, and even days later, my hair and scalp feels amazing. Highly recommend, especially if you love simply having your hair brushed, head massages, and hair washed—this is next-level!

A very lovely Treatment relaxing and beneficial to my well being thankyou Holly loved the shoulder arm massage my lower back is feeling great too Legs felt so much lighter when I walked out. Just felt it was cut short a bit as I thought I had booked the ultimate aromatherapy experience 1hr 30mins but seems I had the hour long one never mind face gets it next time haha Thanks again as always love what ever I have at the reading rooms.

My friend nominated/won me a gift card through a giveaway for a 70 minute nourishing head spa and I managed to go today. It was a lovely experience start to finish. Very relaxing, professional and all round amazing experience! The products used smelt devine, my hair was left so so soft and I left feeling very relaxed. Extra added bonus Hannah had air conditioning in the salon in this extreme heat! Thank you again Hannah. I will be recommending Hannah to all my friends and family.

It was an amazing experience. So relaxing and my scalp and hair feel so good even 3 days later and two washes. The massage itself is soothing and I nodded off a couple times. Highly recommend a visit, really great as a birthday treat or gift. Will deffo return. Thanks Hannah!

Very professional and lovely women... the treatment was very relaxing and was my first time getting a Japanese head spa treatment.. it was amazing.. she's got a very soft and nurturing touch that puts you right at ease and applies just the right pressure for you! Overall great experience and would definitely recommend!
