I had such a wonderful experience at The Bothy – A Sanctuary by Ōm Holistic. Alaine is truly incredible at what she does. She has such a natural gift for massage and always seems to know exactly where I’m holding tension without me even having to say a word. Every session feels like so much more than just a treatment it’s a deeply relaxing, restorative experience that I genuinely look forward to. I have been visiting Alaine for about a year with treatments at her sanctuary in Leeds and at The Bothy. Alaine has to be one of the kindest, most nurturing and knowledgeable therapists I’ve ever met. In the time I’ve been having treatments, from reflexology, Indian head and most recently the most relaxing pregnancy message, I’ve always felt incredibly well looked after and cared for. Sometimes I’ve not known how much I’ve needed those few hours away from the stresses of everyday life until I’ve seen Alaine. All the additional touches, such as delicious biscuits, are the cherry on top.

I’ve visited Rachel a few times now for facials and she consistently goes above and beyond. It’s not just a facial, you’re treated to a relaxing head and shoulder massage as well, and I walk out feeling a million pounds . I’ve also started getting my nails done with her and they’re the best they’ve looked in a very long time. Professional, attentive, and genuinely talented, Rachel is brilliant.

I had the most relaxing few hours a ōm holistic for a fully body massage and head/scalp massage - I practically floated out of there. Alaine is a wonderful therapist, and takes the time to understand you, your aims for the treatment, and gives you plenty of time to relax both before and after. The setting is beautiful too, I couldn't recommend more!

I chose the Sacred Head massage for my first Om holistic experience. It was 80 minutes of pure bliss, complete relaxation and an opportunity to block out all the mundane trivia that seems to so frequently impact my thoughts. Before falling asleep I could hear gentle music, birdsong and lambs bleating in the nearby fields. It’s an idyllic country setting and beats anything in the city, hands down. The session was completed with fresh fruit and an energising ginger shot. A really lovely afternoon, thank you.
