Absolutely wonderful treatment with Ashleigh. Her room is so cosy and warm and felt so relaxed from the minutes I arrived. Ashleigh talked me through everything and answered any questions I had. She is really knowledgeable on the subject of skin care. The treatment itself was so relaxing. I had microneedling and an Indian Head Massage and I didn't want to leave at the end. Highly recommend booking in with Ashleigh.

I had such a wonderful experience at The Bothy – A Sanctuary by Ōm Holistic. The atmosphere is incredibly calming, and every detail has been thoughtfully considered to create a truly relaxing environment. Alaine was warm, attentive, and highly skilled, which made the whole session feel personalized and deeply restorative. I left feeling lighter, more balanced, and refreshed. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a sanctuary of peace and care in Harrogate.

I came to visit at the new place and I was so impressed every thing was great I loved the swing and Elaine is such a lovely lady. I cannot wait to come back to her for something else ps, please do a pedicure at the bothy. The whole ambience of the settings was just amazing the lovely shaggy rug at the stairs wa sso relaxing. Me and my sister really enjoyed our experience wish you all the best for the future and will definitely be recommending you to people as you are so great at your work and are so kind and caring just what you need when you want to relax and wind down away from it all xxxx

I had the best experience at Petite Retreat with Ashleigh. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely at ease with her warm and friendly attitude. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and provided expert advice tailored to my needs. The treatment itself was flawless. Ashleigh’s attention to detail and skill were evident in every step. My facial was gorgeous, I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. The salon is clean and has a relaxing atmosphere, making the whole experience even more enjoyable (it also smells amazing!! ) I’ll definitely be returning!

Fabulous treatment . I tried one of the new facials that are about to be launched. What a treat. A total ritual . Loved it from start to finish. Beautiful Organic range of products. The treatment included a wonderful steam as part of the exfoliation just delightful. A nourishing mask . A wonderful experience with a super therapist Definitely recommend you trying this ritual.

Alaine is truly incredible at what she does. She has such a natural gift for massage and always seems to know exactly where I’m holding tension without me even having to say a word. Every session feels like so much more than just a treatment it’s a deeply relaxing, restorative experience that I genuinely look forward to. I have been visiting Alaine for about a year with treatments at her sanctuary in Leeds and at The Bothy. Alaine has to be one of the kindest, most nurturing and knowledgeable therapists I’ve ever met. In the time I’ve been having treatments, from reflexology, Indian head and most recently the most relaxing pregnancy message, I’ve always felt incredibly well looked after and cared for. Sometimes I’ve not known how much I’ve needed those few hours away from the stresses of everyday life until I’ve seen Alaine. All the additional touches, such as delicious biscuits, are the cherry on top.

What Alaine provides is far beyond "just" a massage. It is the beautiful location, the studio, the decor, the thoughtful little extra touches, the calm pace, the patience... it is everything. I have never been to a massage that has felt so relaxed pre and post... to be brought fresh berries and a chocolate with a choice of herbal teas and told to take my time. It really wasn't just words though, the feeling of warmth that Alaine offers is more than I have ever experienced in the massages I have had across the globe. What she offers is truly special and I can't wait to return! ✨️
