I visit weekly for full body massages and reflexology treatments. I find these therapies complimentary and beneficial to my physical and mental health wellbeing. Last week I indulged in another pampering session in preparation for a wedding. Once again I experienced a variety of other Treatments available, which I will no doubt be using in the near future. I had reflexology,paraffin wax on hands and feet, manicure/pedicure, gel nails and eye brow s waxed.

I had an amazing experience! I had a Brazilian wax and I was made to feel comfortable. Time and care was taken which made the experience 10 times more manageable! I always look forward to my weekly treatments. I have full body massages and reflexology. Each experience is beneficial to my physical and mental wellbeing. I suffer from several health conditions that impact on every aspect of my daily living conditions. These treatments give me pleasure and hope of facing another day. A couple of weeks ago I had my flu and covid injection. I was feeling a.lot of pain in the injection site. The following day after reflexology I was amazed the pain was no longer. I have been having these vaccinations for years and have never experienced this before.
