Had my first Hollywood wax today and was absolutely petrified, but I was instantly put at ease. Everything was explained step by step, so I never once felt unsure or uncomfortable. The whole experience was dignified, professional, and far less painful than I expected. I was so impressed I’ve already rebooked—thank you!

I have been here for eyebrows waxed, eyelash lift and dye pedicure, and nails every time I have an awesome experience quality personal service Emma doesn’t rush she takes her time and perfects her service I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!! After a previous bad hollywood wax experience elsewhere, I was quite anxious, but Amelia’s service was amazing. She was so friendly and reassuring, explained everything, and made me feel completely comfortable. The wax itself was done really well and less uncomfortable than I expected. Such a positive experience — I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

I usually come every 5 weeks or so to Simply Hair and Beauty Lounge for waxing - experience is always 10/10. Laura is incredible, always friendly and helps you to feel at ease. Very knowledgeable and experienced in the services she provides. Today I decided to treat myself and booked a facial - WOW. Experience could not have been better. Relaxing environment, really comfy cozy bed with fluffy blanket. The products smelled amazing and the techniques that Laura used felt so calming and good for my skin. Would 100% recommend. ❤️

I booked a Korean lash lift with Emma and I am absolutely blown away by the results... My lashes look incredibly long, lifted, and perfectly fanned out. They have never looked better! Emma is Super professional, friendly, and runs a beautifully clean, relaxing space. I will definitely be back ❤️
