Absolutely lovely experience at Image and I absolutely love my hair. I used to come several years ago for Kate and she always gave me a lovely balayage and cut but then I moved away. After moving back to London I decided to come back but unfortunately Kate was fully booked so I went with Dara instead. She was absolutely lovely and did an amazing job with my hair - I love it!! Super down to earth and made me feel super relaxed. Couldn't recommend this salon enough whether you end up booking with Kate or Dara (and I'm sure everyone else is fab too). I will definitely be back!

No matter which person attends you, they are all very professional and use great techniques to ensure the pain is at minimum when waxing or threading. The level of expertise is apparent when the whole process finishes, I have been numerous times and will continue as they are one of the very best around the South West London area. I travel from Morden to tooting but i know lots of others travelling far to get here!

I love coming to see Elisabeth, from waxing, eye brow tint and shaping to facials and massage, Elisabeth does it all and does it all so well. Elisabeth is so professional and lovely, her treatment room is clean and calming. I highly recommend and can’t wait to book my next treatment. .

Believe it or not I come for a cut and style at Image London all the way from the States I love the pixie style haircuts Jason has done. My son lives around the corner from the salon, and one day in 2022 I walked in without a appointment asking if someone could cut my hair. I was lucky enough to get Jason,. I’ve been in 3 times in the last year for a pixie cut. I always get compliments after my visit. I’m so glad my son and his family live close by. Everyone at the salon is so kind.

Reema is the "waxing super" lightning fast and in the blink of an eye you're full arms, underarms and full leg wax is done and dusted. Highly recommend! Gary is fun and does a splendid job colouring, shampooing and styling hair. Threading is a breeze with Sweety. They take the pain out of the gain! Felt 10 yrs younger when I left the salon.
