My daughter had a waxing session with Alisha and as a 13 year old she is very self conscious but she said Alisha made her feel at ease and comfortable. The waxing was done with ease and left no marks and was done quite quickly. Would highly recommend and will be visiting again. Thank you Alisha x

Anita is absolutely exceptional. I’ve been coming to her regularly over the past few months for a full body wax and lash lift, and every visit has been amazing. I was initially very hesitant about waxing, but Anita explained everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease—the pain was far less than I expected. I have been having facials, brows, waxing and the odd pedicure at Angela Louise now for over a year! Wouldn’t go anywhere else. She’s friendly and professional. She always make me feel comfortable and relaxed! She intuitively knows if I want a chatty conversation or something more relaxing. If I’ve had a busy / hard or stressful time her facials are my go to stress relief. I have always been abit self conscious about waxing but Angela makes me feel comfortable by keeping me chatty and calm! Highly recommend. 😌

Anita is so quick at waxing my back and shoulders. I used to dread it at a previous venue as it would always be a slow and painful expereince but the 1st time here, I just couldn't believe the speed it was done at. I would recommend to try here very highly.

Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

I had my eyebrows tinted and waxed, as well as a Hollywood wax, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My eyebrows look absolutely perfect – beautifully shaped, defined, and natural-looking. The Hollywood wax was equally impressive. The treatment was carried out with such care and attention, making me feel completely comfortable throughout. It was quick, thorough, and as painless as possible, with excellent hygiene standards and professionalism. The therapist was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel at ease from the moment I arrived. Highly recommend I’ll definitely be returning!

I had my first experience with waxing and gel nails at Lotus today. The entire process was fantastic, the staff were welcoming, the salon was clean and airy, and the treatments were delivered to a high standard. I had Hollywood waxing for the first time, and the beautician explained the process and used breathing techniques to reduce my anxiety and discomfort, which worked very well. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.
