It’s always a pleasure visiting Identity in Broughty Ferry and this is like my second home. All the staff here are highly experienced and as soon as you walk through the door you feel like a VIP. I have the hot stones full body massage carried out by Megan who knows her craft extremely well. So if you have any aches and pains then I can highly recommend this treatment. I have recently had lower back pain as upper back pains so this certainly helps to ease the pain. Best beauty treatment centre in Dundee.

Just had a wax from Claire. I can honestly say it was the least painful wax I’ve ever had in my life. Claire made me feel so welcome, I was put at ease and I felt I could tell her anything. I absolutely love coming here, no matter if it’s Ashley or Claire doing your waxing the treatment is unmatched by any other waxing therapist in Dundee and Angus. I will never go anywhere else. If I could give a million star review I would and it still wouldn’t be enough to describe how good they are xx

Ashley was fabulous! Made me feel at ease & we blethered while she waxed which took my mind off it. I have a low pain threshold & can honestly say this was not painful. Best waxing experience I have ever had. Was all done and over so quickly too. Already booked my next appointment! Highly recommend 🥰

Had an appointment with Lesley this evening, was very nervous as I hadn't been waxed in a long time, but Lesley was so welcoming and lovely. She made me feel such at ease though my appointment and was so easy to talk too. Would definitely reccomend🤍 thank you lesley

Natalie is a lovely young lady and made a fab job of my nails and very knowable about her role as a beauty therapist. Also completed her 3 year beauty therapy training course at Dundee collage which is an intense training course. Will definately recommend Natalie to all my friends.

My first time since moving to Dundee and it won’t be my last. Having lived and experienced similar in London and Edinburgh I had high expectations and I wasn’t disappointed.
