I couldn’t recommend Resian enough! She is such a calm, patient and knowledgeable trainer. She explained everything in depth and made sure I understood every step before moving on. She answered all my questions and whenever I was overthinking, she reassured me and gave me confidence. She created such a welcoming learning environment and was so accommodating throughout the course. I left feeling confident and excited to start my brow journey. I had my eyebrows and lashes tinted today and also had a manicure with Sanela, and I’m really pleased with the results. She is very friendly and easy to talk to, and she immediately put me at ease. She took her time to make sure everything was done properly and the end result is excellent. A very professional service in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere – I would definitely recommend her.

I had the most wonderful pre Ramadan facial at the clinic and will be going back. Even though the beauty room is inside a gym once your in the room with the gentle music, calming lights and comfy, warm room you feel like your in a whole other place. The therapist is knowledgable and made me feel comfortable throughout and took the time to listen to what I told her, I’m always a bit nervous going somewhere new so explain what my skin likes/ doesn’t like and she took all of that into account.

I did a hybrid brow course with Resian today and it was absolutely amazing! The session was super informative, and I felt comfortable from start to finish. The pace of the course was perfect—steady and detailed.Everything was explained so clearly that nothing ever felt confusing.Resian was supportive every step of the way. She’s such a bubbly, friendly teacher, and her energy made the whole experience enjoyable. I couldn’t recommend her more!

I had an incredible experience attending Resian’s brow masterclass, which focused on HD stain and waxing. From day one, she was attentive to my specific needs and requirements. As I had already completed two brow courses, she thoughtfully adapted the training to focus on my weaker areas. She even took the time to review videos of my work, as well as before-and-after photos of my clients, so she could fully understand my level and where I needed to improve. . She’s genuinely so lovely and incredibly knowledgeable. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced beautician, I’d recommend Resian! X

First Hollywood wax with Resian and I cannot recommend her enough. As always, it’s a little daunting going to someone new for such an intimate service but her professionalism really shone and her friendliness put me at ease immediately. Felt like I was just chatting to a friend whilst she carried out the service, which she did an amazing job of. Less painful than previous Hollywood waxes I’ve had too!
