My 2 besties n I had a hour in the jacuzzi, steam n sauna room which was an added bonus finding out we had it to ourselves so was a lovely time talking without worrying about other people. Then we each had a treatment, I had the Lava shells n it was amazing too we all came away from our different treatments relaxed which was helped by the kind n friendly staff Amy n Sarah. My husband n I stay at the Yarrow hotel a few times a year as one of my besties lives down in Broadstairs and as it was my 1st time in the spa area it definitely won’t be my last xx

She is great and professional, but I have been coming for years, and the previous beautician running late, which you would think shouldn't be an issue as more than 1 room. But , only 1 wax pot! Also in that room for at least 2 years light on wall STILL not repaired, to check brows in as light in room not great. It is a bit poor for this establishment And waxing is not cheap, so please sort this out as lets it down although staff great

Very nice venue, spa area very clean Reception staff very helpful and friendly Nice massage and facial although felt more massage on the facial would have been good . No real neck , shoulder or head massage which I have always had on previous facial but apart from that a very pleasant experience No real from area to dry hair or apply make up if not staying in hotel Cream scone after with drink and Prosecco was very nice and bar staff very helpful and friendly
