Cassie is an absolute angel, super experienced and knowledgeable. She tailors each treatment to the individual so is very person-centred. So far have had waxing treatments which has left my skin in much better condition and less hair growth, and facials from which I have seen significant results. Would highly recommend.

Another fantastic appointment with Lauren, who does my waxing. As always, she was really friendly and professional. She has that ideal combination of being absolutely lovely (creating a calm, reassuring atmosphere, where you don’t feel embarrassed and can ask any question you like) and being very skilled (so it is pain-free and with excellent results). I recommend Lauren very highly - my friends go to her too, now, and agree that she’s the best in Bath!

Fantastic experience with Bianka. She is extremely friendly and professional. It was a fairly painless waxing experience (Hollywood) which was great. I would really recommend Bianka, I am only visiting Bath for a few days, but it would definitely be my place of choice for all beauty needs if I lived here.

Charlotte was friendly, reassuring and professional. She put me at ease straight away (I was being waxed!) and I was very pleased with her work. Booking and payment was also really easy.

Bianka was very professional, but also very welcoming and so careful to minimise pain for my waxing treatment in such a lovely setting. I will absolutely be booking again.
