Ja. De meest voorkomende bijwerkingen zijn roodheid, gevoeligheid, pijn en ingegroeide haren. Andere gemelde, maar zeldzame, bijwerkingen zijn waxbrandwonden, dermatitis en ernstige huidirritatie.
