The whole experience is a 10/10. From easy online booking, to over-the-phone assesment and consultation aswell as in-person consultation with both Matea and Marko. They listened cautiously to my requests and concerns and found the best solution for me. I was going from brown to a specific red, which is not a simple, quick task, but Matea executed it meticulously and patiently, accompanied with great conversation and laughs. My hair is the exact right shade, the haircut is flattering and my hair is probably healthier than it was going in. I don’t know what she makes, but give her a raise!
