Another amazing visit! The space has been updated since my last visit and it feels even more welcoming. I came in for a hard water reset and hydration therapy. The service and conversation were comfortable. I love that she always takes the time to walk you through exactly what she's doing and why. Super informative and professional as always. Nyk is great at setting a calm, fun mood. Premium hair that lasts. Environment is cool and beautiful. She doesn't just take care of your hair, she takes care of you. Booking is smooth and if bumps occur along the way, communication is efficient and effective. No prep before going needed, she takes care of everything:). Oh and if you need food you can get that too😊

Nyk was warm and welcoming from the moment my appointment began. She offered refreshments, asked if I had any questions, and got straight to work. We talked through my hair history, and her knowledge and guidance on hair health were excellent. The session felt relaxed and flew by, and my hair looks and feels amazing.
